Committees have far too much to do in a growing group... and we're too small to warrant setting up sub-committees with individual projects, but we are spread a bit thin.

So we're democratising the creative part of the governance process.

We'd like you to Have your say.  List ideas you have about what we should be up to (there are a handful to get you started) and vote thumbs up or down to those ideas you do or don't support.  There's no limit on the number of ideas you submit, so get your thinking cap on.

We'll aim to cost your ideas up with our 'best guess' straight away, then the most popular or best ideas will be taken on by the committee.

If you take a look at Transparency, you'll see a list of activities agreed by the committee which are currently under way.  These are the small snowballs at the top of the hill, and we are hoping to roll them to the bottom, when the fruit of our labours will be complete!
