If you use this page to join us as a member for £5.50 a year, or have a specific donation in mind, please add your name and contact details to your payment. Or else email us at so we know how to contact you, many thanks.

Do you want to help but don't want to join? That's OK, we recognise that there are lots of community-minded organisations and individuals out there.

Donations to date include:
  • Funds raised by young people in the National Citizenship Service for two years running.
  • Hundreds of pounds from donations for secondhand books at Merstham Station where we maintain the planters.
  • A donation for our Chair's talk to launch Reigate and Banstead's Heritage Open Days.
  • A donation  from a local councillor to kick off beekeeping activities, as well as a brood of bees (and the vital Queen) to begin honey production. Sadly this activity has now ended as the lovely bee keeper moved to the south coast.
  • Fiskars, the tool company, donated £250 worth of tools to get Growing Redhill going.
  • An un-named donor gave us £2,000 to help give people space to grow that would otherwise not be able to afford to do so. Now we top up those funds to spread the original donation further in the local area.

We accept donations of cash, cheques or postal orders (payable to Growing Redhill) to The Treasurer, 5 Crossland Road, Redhill RH1 4AN or electronically through Paypal (including any major Debit or Credit Cards):

Gift Aid and charitable status

We are not a charity at present, therefore we are unable to claim Gift Aid tax relief.  However, we are investigating a change of status that could provide a more robust and supportable financial model for the long term.  Please talk to any of the committee members if you'd like to find out more.
